Roasted Garlic Dressing Recipe

Recipe By Tarla Dalal

Here is a cheesy, garlicky dressing, which is ideal to make a pungent, creamy and chunky salad. While ingredients like mustard paste, cheese and olive oil, give the roasted garlic dressing a luscious mouth-feel, garlic, vinegar and pepper give it a zesty and kind of overpowering flavour, which is ideal to perk up a salad with modest veggies. The garlic is roasted in an oven, wrapped in aluminium foil. This helps to boost its flavour, so follow the same procedure when making this dressing.
