During my childhood, i did not eat much of salads. This was due to the fact that salads were not prepared on a daily basis in our household and i too did not prefer to eat these raw vegetables. However, when i was pursuing my higher studies in us, i was literally surprised to see that having salads for lunch was a rage in the 21st century! slowly, i too started adapting and developing a liking for salads. As this was the only ‘vegetarian’ meal which was easily available in most of the restaurants and food joints around new jersey. Later during my various business visits across the globe, this developed inclination towards, salads, came to my rescue. Now i could survive on salads (and bread) alone for days, abroad.
