Red/Purple Cabbage Soup Recipe

#dhara Purple/red cabbage is a kind of cabbage which is dark red/ purple in colour. However the plant changes colour according the PH value of the soil. It tastes similar to green cabage but red cabbage has many nutrients. It has high content of vitamin C and K and vitamin A and B6 in good quantity. Red/purple cabbage is low in calories yet good source of fiber, plant based compounds and antioxidants. This nutritious vegetable offers many health benefits, such as helps in pain, swelling and discomfort, reduces risk of heart disease and strengthen our bones. Fiber in them enhances gut health. So we should include this healthy and nutritious vegetable in our diet, whether eating it raw as salad or cooked. Today, I have prepared soup which is not visually lovely but delicious.
