Raw turmeric laddoos Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

In ayurveda we have used turmeric, both fresh and as a dried spice powder to promote health. Turmeric is a traditional cooking spice, no delicious curry is complete without it. It is a powerful antioxidant. Although turmeric is one of the major ingredient in most indian dishes, but to make laddoos of raw turmeric sounded very difficult, we used to run away from the bitterness of turmeric while our elders enjoyed eating such items and often said that we will realise the effects in future. To revive the memories of our ancestors, i tried to make turmeric laddoos in a healthy recipe.
