Pumpkin Almond Granola Recipe

Recipe By QueRicaVida

One of my favorite snacks is granola. Usually i purchase it already made and pack it into small baggies to make sure im eating the right portions. Its also a super practical way to pack a treat for work and/or school. But those of us whove made granola at home know that theres nothing quite like the flavor, consistency and aroma of homemade granola. Taking advantage of the ingredients i had on-hand along with my favorite cereal, i decided to try out a new granola recipe with fiber one cranberry almond. This recipe is so simple and can be made in batches because once prepared, the granola can be stored for up to two weeks.
