Potato Smiley Faces Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

These are everyone's favourite snack including the kids ofcourse. An awesome easy to make snack that is made with just a few pantry staples available in every kitchen. The trick in making these involves 3 important things, one is to boil the potatoes well but not for a long time making them too soft or over boiled. If done so, they tend to absorb more oil while frying. And second is to keep them in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes prior to frying. And last but not the least, fry them on high heat just for a minute or two. As it is, the main ingredient is already cooked. So keep these tips in mind while making them. Happy frying!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
