• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 2.5 cup Sushi or small grain rice
• Cabbage leaves, optional
• Dipping sauce
• 0.75 cup Teriyaki sauce
• 1 tablespoon Minced fresh gingerroot
• 2 teaspoon Rice vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce, optional
