Este es el primo del lomo saltado peruano. Por ms que me encanta la carne de res, hago un esfuerzo por comerla con menos frecuencia que antes. Cuando lo preparo con pollo, creo que logro la mayora de los sabores de la versin con carne, pero esta es ms saludable e igualmente satisfactoria. En mi opinin, no tiene par. Es rstico, rpido y reconfortante, y se puede preparar el doble o la mitad de la receta fcilmente para servirla a mucha gente o una sola persona. El saltado peruano original, incluso hecho con pollo, siempre incluye papas fritas. Nunca lo he preparado as porque no las necesita y la regla en casa es jams frer nada. Recipe in english here.
