Pol roti & pol sambol Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

During our visit to sri lanka, one thing i noticed is the taste of the food there. Most of the dishes have some resemblance to kerala dishes. They use too much of coconut. Most of the breakfast dishes r the same. Among a few that r new, i liked most is their pol roti & pol sambol. I used to make this for breakfast sometimes. This sambol goes well with any rotis or plain rice. This roti can b made with maida or wheat flour. I used wheat flour.
