Ingredients For Pho Soup Recipe

• 1 liter Beef Stock
• 4 centimeter Piece of root ginger, cut into matchsticks
• 2 Cloves
• 1 Red chilli, finely chopped
• 2 Cloves Garlic, Sliced
• 2 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
• 4 Spring onions, shredded
• 150 gram Rice Noodles
• 100 gram Beansprouts
• 2 Heads pak choi, sliced
• sprig Small handful each of coriander and mint leaves plus sprigs of mint, to garnish
• 200 gram Sirloin steak, thinly sliced
• 1 Juice lime plus lime wedges, to garnish
