#dhara Parathas are most consumed Indian flat bread which is perfect for Breakfast as well as meals. Parathas can be prepared with stuffing or without stuffing. Spinach is iron rich leafy vegetable with numerous health benefits. In winter it is freshly available  and in abundance. Paneer is protein rich healthy dairy product. Combination of palak and paneer is very popular in India. Apart from most popular palak paneer sabzi, many recipes are prepared using these two healthy ingredients. Palak paneer paratha is one of this. Generally for this paratha spinach puree is used for kneading dough but I used raw and chopped spinach.
