Ingredients For Pad Thai Recipe

• 200 gram Dried rice stick noodles
• 0.25 cup Lime juice
• 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
• 2 tablespoon Grated palm sugar
• 2 tablespoon Peanut oil
• 200 gram Chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
• 300 gram Firm tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
• 1 Brown onion, halved, cut into thin wedges
• 2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
• 1 Long red chilli, finely chopped
• 2 teaspoon Roasted shrimp paste
• 1 Large carrot, halved lengthways, thinly sliced diagonally
• 200 gram Green beans, trimmed, cut into 2cm lengths
• 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
• 0.5 cup Bean sprouts, trimmed
• 0.25 cup Fresh coriander leaves
• Chopped roasted peanuts, to serve
