Oven-Baked Stuffed Pork Loin Recipe

Recipe By QueRicaVida

Stuffed tenderloin is one my mexican families favorite dishes. We try to prepare it for special occasions, like our sunday reunions or birthday parties. Stuffed tenderloin is a simply prepared dish and will make your dining table look wonderful. You can fill it with nearly anything, but in my house we generally use a mix of garlic, ham and herbs. This time i added raisins to give it a light sweetness. Serve with green salad and mashed potatoes.
