I love this recipe as it has all healthy ingredients, oats and quinoa powder, semolina and veggeies make it healthy, lovely recipe for breakkie or for dinner if you want something light, i have placed a cheese slice between two pancakes, which makes it cheesy you can give these pancakes to kiddos in their tifffin box too, i have served them with sweet chili sauce you can serve them with chutney and sauces.
