• 0.25 cup Roasted peanuts
• sprig Coriander to garnish
• 2 Long red chillies, sliced
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 0.25 cup Sunflower oil
• 4 Eschalots, thinly sliced
• 2 teaspoon Brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
• 2 tablespoon Sambal Oelek
• 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
