Mulberry Mint Cooler Recipe

Mulberry is a fast growing, short lived, deciduous tree, can grow in wild and also cultivated in many warm temperate and subtropical world regions. There are more than 200 species identified but best known are white, red and black mulberries. They are native to temperate Asia and North America. Mulberry plants are important as food for silkworms. In 1984, the city adminstration of Tuscon, Arizona banned the planting of mulberry trees as the amount of pollen produced by the tree was harmful for humans. The nutrients of mulberries help to lower cholesterol levels, helps in preventing fatty liver disease and improve blood sugar control.
