Home Made Muesli Recipe

Recipe By Tarla Dalal

Muesli has now become a popular breakfast option all over the world. Not only is it sumptuous and tasty, it is also quite convenient to have on busy mornings. Just grab a bowl, fill it with muesli, add some fruits when you have time, top with milk or yoghurt, lace it with honey if you wish, and enjoy. Although muesli is readily available in all supermarkets under various brand names, you will find that this homemade version is much more delicious and crispy too. You can make it in batches, cool completely and store in dry, airtight containers.
