Although used in india since ages, the medicinal benefits of morninga are only popular recently. In western countries, moringa supplements are consumed as capsules, primarily to harness its weight loss, anti cancer properties, besides keeping a strong and healthy heart and blood supply. Overall it is a ‘superfood’ and a variety of recipes can be prepared by adding either the leaves/powdered morninga. Extremely beneficial properties for elders and expectant mothers.
