I had eaten these vadas in dosa diner....it was a chain of restaurants all over mumbai, but doesn't exist any more..wonder why they closed down. They served all these south indian snacks with a twist..addition of chicken, keema, prawns etc etc..in the idlis, dosas, vadas, uthappams....today i tried out the vadas with chicken mince..
