Medhu vadai Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Vadai is a famous snack in all over south india. best side dish for vadai is sambar/chutney. It is served with the main course such as dosa, idli, or pongal. Medhu vada/ulundhu vadai is a savoury snack from southern part of india. My mil is a great expert in making ulundhu vadai. She prepares generally this vadai whenever guest arrives. Her vadai will be very fluffy and soft. We get soft vadais while grinding batter in grinder rather than grinding in mixie. But for lesser quantity preparation we can use mixie.
