• 0.5 cup Chopped potatoes
• 0.5 tablespoon Grated ginger
• 2 tablespoon Oil
• 6 piece Curry leaves
• 1 pinch Hing/ asafoetida
• 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
• 0.25 teaspoon Haldi
• 1 tablespoon lemon Juice to sprinkle on top
• As required Salt
