There isnt anything more rico than sitting down to share a meal with friends and family. The potato can be converted into an excellent ally when its time to accompany your main dish-they pair well with almost any meal and hardly anyone can resist their full flavor. Personally, mashed potatoes are my favorite and i almost always make them dressed with cilantro and garlic; this combination makes a great side dish for meat, seafood and chicken. Roasted garlic has a delicate sabor and can give a wonderful toque to your signature dish. Try preparing these seasoned mashed potatoes during the thanksgiving season to bring a latin twist to your celebration or other holidays such as christmas and new years too.
