STEP 1.Take rice ,wash and soak for an hour.After one hour drain the excess water of the rice.Now take some water.Add bay leaves, cardamom,cloves and cinnamon.Bring to boil.Now add 1 tbsp oil and some salt.Mix well.now add the rice and boil 90%.Now drain the rice starch and spread the rice on a plate.
STEP 2.Now peel the mangoes and cut one mango into small pieces.Squeeze the another mango,strain the juice and keep aside.
STEP 3.now take a pan Heat the pan on medium flame.Add 3 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp ghee.Add cashew nuts and stir fry for 1.5 minutes,add raisins and fry together for 30 seconds.Now take them out of the pan and keep aside.Now add turmeric powder and sauté for 4-5 seconds on low flame.now add 90 boiled rice,salt to taste,powder sugar,mango juice,mango pieces and mix well.Now fry for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
STEP 4.Now add black pepper powder ,dry roasted masala powder,cashew,raisins and mix them well.Now turn off the gas.Cover with a lid and keep aside for 20 -30 minutes.
STEP 5.After 30 minutes the pulao is ready to serve
