Malta Chicken Wings Recipe

Ever since i can remember, this delicious recipe was and continues to be a must in my home. We couldnt possibly watch a soccer game or another sporting event on tv without enjoying my aunt carmenzas famous chicken wings with malta, a very typical latino nonalcoholic ale. As a family, we eagerly waited for the event to begin so we could start our delicious task: eating nonstop. These wings are meant to be eaten by hand, literally licking your fingers along the way. Its a mystery why, but we thought they tasted better like this than if we ate them with a fork and knife like civilized people. My family is quite unique, isnt it? Now this dish is one of my husbands favorites. The only difference with how i make it now is that i use the slow cooker. The sauce turns out thicker, and although it takes a little longer, its much smoother and delicious. I hope you like them A touch of seasoning, a lot of creativity and tons of love.
