Directions : Malai mushroom Recipe

STEP 1.Take a kadai. Add oil in it.
STEP 2.Add onion and saute for a while
STEP 3.Add tomato and saute for a while
STEP 4.Add all spices and mix well
STEP 5.Add mushroom and mix well
STEP 6.After 5 min, water will releases from mushroom
STEP 7.We have to cook until water reduces. Then add malai in it
STEP 8.Mix well. Its ready.
