Malai Kofta-No Fry Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

I had never tried my hands on this dish as i always thought that this needs to be eaten at the restaurant, till i had one at my sister's place. It turns out super amazing and you can customise the kofta ingredients as per your choice. I have obviously not fried the koftas, giving a health quotient to the protein rich recipe. I have used home made fresh cream. Though a little time consuming, but this is indeed a yummy and simple recipe to try at home.
