• 1 Small garlic clove minced
• 2 teaspoon Minced shallot
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 0.25 cup Juice of 1 1/2 lemons about
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• pinch Pinch of pepper
• 0.5 cup Extra virgin olive oil
• 8 ounce Baby arugula leaves
• 2 tablespoon Coarsely chopped capers
