Kiri Aluwa Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Traditional Sri Lankan sweet dish made with dry fruits and rice flour . It is also known as Sri Lankan Milk toffee. The sweet and crumbly cashew candies are the classic dish from Sri lanka. The sweets are not quite soft but are very chewable and not quite crunchy either. The texture is similar to that of a manple candy. The candy is continously and vigourously stirred throughout the whole process of making. Hence the candies are irresistible.
