Keto Friendly Meatloaf Recipe

Recipe By Lake Geneva Country Meats

Meatloaf is one of the most satisfying meals to eat at home. Its hand-shaped, rich and juicy, topped with your favorite BBQ sauce and keeps you full like a whole meal. This keto meatloaf recipe combines everything you love about a home-made meatloaf with what you need for your keto diet, and produces a simple, delicious baked loaf of meat. We used our signature 60/40 ground beef and pork blend for this recipe, because we think it makes the perfect texture for meatloaf, but you can use plain ground beef, or a mix of ground beef, veal, and pork if you like
