Recipe By Better Butter

These vegetarian karipap with curries potato filling are a popular malaysian snack .like all popular food they come in different versions. The crust or pastry comes in different forms. This version comes with a smooth flaky crust. i tried these puffs two year back when we went to malaysia for family holiday .usually curry puffs are deep fried and all purpose flour is used for making crust. I tried both air-fried and deep-fried method to cook these puffs. For making crust i used atta and maida both .
