Kappa Chips Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Kappa is also known as Tapioca Cassava. It is part of the roots and stems of a tree found chiefly in Africa. The root of cassava, which looks like a sweet potato, is cleaned, peeled and the chips are prepared. This crunchy and crispy treat comes with many health benefits and is easy to make at home. Apart from this, kappa is also used to make sticks and flakes. Kappa chips are usually prepared in two forms. Round tapioca wafers and crispy tapioca finger chips. First, Kappa chips make an excellent snack for game night or after school as they taste excellent with sprinkled salt and even better with dip and salsa.
