Kanda poha is a maharstrian recipe prepared using fkattend rice along with potato and peanuts. It is an extremly light food can be served as a breakfast. It is a healthy recipe to पैक for kids lunch box as well as it keeps good for a few hours packed in a box. Poha comes in a variety of thickness i personally prefer thick variety to make kanda poha. The only thing change while cooking with different thickness of poha is the time it is soaked in water. Make sure the poha is soaked well in water yet not mushy to make perfect kanda poha. You can also add vegetables of your choice to kanda poha and make it even healthier. This dish can be served along with indian masala tea this is mumbai street food or breakfast recipe.
