• 1 cup Chopped Onion
• 1 cup Chopped sweet red pepper

• 0.5 cup Chopped Celery
• 0.25 cup Beef broth
• 1 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 1 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 cup Diced zucchini
• 3 tablespoon Minced Fresh Parsley
• Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese, optional
