Inihaw Na Panga Ng Tuna Recipe

Recipe By Asian Food Network

The filipinos love their grilled meats, and fish is just one of the things that theyve managed to barbeque well Inihaw na panga ng tuna is tuna jaw that has been marinated in a seasoning blend made with soy sauce, brown sugar, birds eye chili and calamansi juice before it gets grilled over charcoal. While grilling tuna jaws might sound odd, they are actually full of collagen and will get juicy and tender when cooked. As soon as theyre off the grill, garnish them with a sprinkling of toasted garlic and serve with spiced vinegar dipping sauce.
