Homemade Rumaali Rotis Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

A mughlai velvety smooth, melt in mouth, fluffy rotis that are a treat to the tastebuds. It can be served with both a veg or a non veg dish. It is a must have at any important occasion especially weddings in hyderabad. Loved by many for it's super soft texture, it can literally be folded like a napkin and hence the popular name given to it as rumaali rotis. It is very easy to make at home too and the only thing needed is to roll them as thin as possible. Use of milk gives them the softness. Happy cooking everyone!!!!!!!!!.
