Can be flavoured with some cinnamon or vanilla. It can be had on it's own or can be used in soups, overnight oatmeal, curries and also perfect for smoothies, granola etc. It is the cheapest vegan alternative to dairy milks and is nutritious too. Full of natural fibres and high in iron, low in fats, sugars and calories. Naturally sweet and easily made at home, it is a perfecto by all means.
