Hamburger Hot Dogs Recipe

Recipe By The Spruce Eats

Hamburger hot dogs are a fun twist on a traditional recipe. Instead of serving hot dogs or sausages in a hot dog bun, make burgers Ground beef is seasoned and formed into a hot dog shape, then served in hot dog buns. As always, make sure that the ground beef in this recipe is cooked to a minimum temperature of 160 f before you serve it. Use a good food thermometer and make sure that you use it correctly. Put the tip into the ground beef patties from the side, not the top, for most accurate results.
