1 Medium onion, finely chopped
1 Medium green pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Canola oil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 can Hot enchilada sauce
1 can Green Enchilada Sauce
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 can Chopped green chiles
2 can Mild Enchilada Sauce
4 cup Shredded colby monterey jack cheese
