Grilled brinjal lotus 2017 Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

This grilled brinjal lotus is mainly my mom's thought... On one sunday as we were preparing masala for grilled chicken there was leftover masala. Next day she tried it with brinjal and asked us to keep it in microwave for few minutes.. Later we grilled and it came out so well and offlate brinjal lotus as become favorite to all in the family.... Kids mostly don't prefer brinjal but, this healthy way of grilling with few drops of oil is healthy for all in the family... I can assure that any kid would love to eat grilled brinjal with rice or roti... Must try dish...
