Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the green peas, soda bi-carb and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Spread 1 portion of the green pea stuffing over 1 bread roundel and sandwich with another bread roundel with the buttered-chutney side facing upwards. Place 3 cucumber slices and sprinkle a little salt over it. Sandwich with the 3rd bread roundel with the buttered-chutney side facing downwards. Serve green pea and cucumber sandwich immediately.
