When i was little, there was nothing more delightful than a movies day spent in front of the big screen with a bag of pistachios. As an adult, i keep a stash in my pantry and use pistachios in my ice cream to make desserts and incorporate in different salty dishes and salads. Join me in preparing a green bean dish with gremolata, which i have whipped up using my favorite, colorful and crunchy ingredient: the pistachio. Garlic, parsley, olive oil and parmesan cheese enter into the tasty mix of flavors. This dish is bound to be a hit with your family; it pairs perfectly with different meats, fish and chicken.
