Ingredients For Ghee Masala Dosai Recipe

• For the dosa batter
• 1.25 cup Par boiled rice
• 1.25 cup Raw rice
• 0.5 cup Urad dal
• 1 Fenugreek seeds tesp
• salt as needed
• For Filling
• 2 cup Mashed Potatoes
• 1 large onion thinly sliced
• 1 ginger minced
• 2 green chilli slit
• 1 tomato chopped
• 0.25 turmeric powder tesp
• Few curry leaves
• 1 tesp chopped coriander leaves
• As required Salt
• 0.5 cup Water
• Seasoning
• 3 oil tesp
• 0.5 Mustard seeds tesp
• 1 tesp urad dal
• 0.5 tesp channa dal
• 0.25 tesp asafoetida
• ghee to make the dosai
