Simple yet high carb nashta of a hyderabadi on any given day and especially on weekends. These parathas can be made with oil too. My mom used to make like this for us and i do the same now for my family. Nothing much fancy here, just simple rotis with ghee and mutton cooked in indian spices. Only thing is that i made them square shaped. We can make triangular rotis too. By doing this, they become cottony soft and just melts in the mouth. Applying little ghee and folding them makes them so soft and delicious. Aroma of ghee is also so very captivating in this particular dish and chaarkoni means square shaped rotis.
