Garlic Bread sticks Recipe

Garlic bread sticks with cheesy dip Take 10 pieces normal sweet bread. Butter spread for the bread slice : Add tbs butter with half tsp chilli flakes, finely chopped coriander leaves, oregano or mixed herbs in a bowl and mix well and keep aside. Take one cup any cheese ( grated ). Spread the butter mix on one bread slice. Sprinkle fully the grated cheese on another bread slice. Sprinkle chilli flakes and origano or mixed herbs on the cheese. Place the butter mix spread bread slice on top of the cheese spread bread slice Toast the slice in a tawa. Place the buttermix spread bread slice side downwards. Apply butter on other side of the cheese soread slice. Close and cook few minutes to cheese melt inside. Slowly turn the bread slices and toast the other side also. Toast into golden colour. After two minutes gently cut it into length pieces Cheesy, yummy garlic bread stick ready. Serve it with ketchup
