• 0.25 cup Fruit chutney
• 2 cup Salt reduced chicken stock
• 1 Granny smith apple, peeled, roughly chopped
• 0.5 cup Frozen peas
• 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
• Steamed white long grain rice, to serve
