Fried lentil cakes Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Fried lentil cakes are made from chana dal (bengal gram). The chana dal is soaked overnight, grind coarsely, steamed or fried with spices, then cooled, cut into diamond shaped pieces and then fried again to make it crispy. They are served as snacks with tea. These crispy lentil cakes can also be used in a curry.
