French onion soup-indian fusion style Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Onion soup is a very popular and a signature french soup. It is a simple, delicious and a hearty one-pot meal. But today i gave a twist to it and made it in an indian fusion style, complete with our very own traditional spices like coriander powder, garam masala powder, etc. Serve, garnished with fried onions, cheese, coriander leaves and bread croutons for an amazing light dinner.
