These golden mediterranean falafels are perfect as a snack or meal/brunch. Assemble with pita bread, hummus or eggplant dip and you are ready to feed a happy crowd. Loved by young ones as well as by young at heart..these delicious savory chickpeas balls are a sure hit among everyone. As i always prefer to go for a healthier version so instead of deep frying i used appe/paniyaram pan with little oil and results were amazing. I am sure you all would love it too.
