Dhuska Recipe
Dhuska is a very popular local recipe of Jharkhand made during festivals like Diwali
Ingredients 1 cup rice
1/2 cup chana dal
1/2 cup urad dhuli dal
Salt to taste
1/4 TSP red chilli powder
1/4 tsp jeera 2 green chillies
1 tbsp nch ginger
A handful of green coriander leaves
Oil to deep fry
Method
Wash and soak rice and pulses for 5..6 hours
Then grind along with chillies and ginger Keep for an hour covered with a lid
Add salt , chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves
Mix well Now heat oil in a kadhai Take a spoonful of batter and leave in hot oil Make all the same ways
Deep fry till golden and crisp
Serve hot with rasedar aalu and chole
