This recipe was created one evening when i had called a few friends over for dinner and everything i had planned went for a toss. I was planning to bake some delicious chicken but ended up making two more recipes that were vying for oven space. So, i improvised and inspired by nigella lawson's delicious oven-baked undeep fried chicken. The result was delicious and absolutely easy to make-another of my quick fixes. The dip was made by my friend richie.
